We are a small yet ambitious design team within the Product division. Our mission is to create designs that enhance the lives of our users. Join our dynamic, collaborative team, where passionate individuals are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design and innovation.

About you:

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into innovative and visually appealing design solutions. 

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the UX/UI design process from initial concept to final implementation, crafting compelling user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Take full ownership of your work cycle —from ideation,  and design to review, feedback and post-release improvements.
• Shape the UX strategy aligned with product strategy and business objectives by defining Information Architecture, hierarchy, and user flows for your product area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet user needs, support business objectives, and leverage technological capabilities
• Evolving our Design System from a Visual / UI standpoint, in collaboration with the designers across the product areas
• Mentoring, guiding, and supporting junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
• Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions

What Skills and Experience You’ll Bring:

• At least 6 years of experience in product design, delivering impactful solutions that meet user needs and business goals, with a user-centric approach.
• You have a proven track record of designing SaaS products for B2B clients.
• Expertise in interaction design, capable of conceptualizing and executing high-complexity concepts.
• Proficient in visual design and have experience developing, contributing to, or maintaining a Design System.
• A Figma master, always in line with its latest updates and features.
• Experience working in an agile design delivery process.
• Comfortable giving and asking for feedback from other designers, and contributing your unique insights and abilities to strengthen the company's design practice.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively partnering with cross-functional teams, and a strategic thinker who can translate product strategy into actionable design strategies.
• An open, flexible and adaptable mindset that can adjust to a fast-changing environment
• Fluent in the English language
• Experience in quantitative research would be an considered as a plus
• Working with map-centric and/or BI projects is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or JS is nice to have
