Office Administrator (Maternity Cover)
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our Cyprus office while assisting remote employees and the wider corporate team. This is a full-time maternity cover position for a minimum duration (availability) of one year.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys creating a positive, efficient, and well-organized workplace environment, working as part of a global admin team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, deliveries, and maintenance
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage the company events and happy hours
- Coordinate employee gift purchases and distributions
- Manage the employee welfare initiatives for Cyprus and remote teams
- Manage the employee benefits administration (Lunch, Exercise, Medical, etc.)
- Support travel arrangements and office visit preparations
- Assist with finance-related administrative tasks
- Provide support to the corporate team on ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration, operations, or a similar support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Required Languages: English and Greek
- On-site - Office in Limassol
