As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of the People & Culture team, currently consisting of three people from three different countries.

What You’ll Own (The Impact)

1. Building high performance teams 

Focus: Aligning HR initiatives with business growth and being the "Right Hand" to the team leaders group. 

  • P&C Business Partner:  
    1. Partnering with team leaders to understand the business needs and goals and developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support those goals. 
    2. Identify the needs of the business (qualitative and quantitative) considering business growth, attrition and risk and proactively finding solutions. 
  • Leadership Coaching:  Act as a coach, challenger, and contributor to the leadership team; providing guidance on decisions and leadership capabilities. 
  • Leadership Development:  Lead initiatives specifically for leadership development
  • Workforce Planning:  Support our workforce planning to ensure effectiveness, business goals alignment and scale -up.

2. Talent Management & Performance   

Focus: Building the infrastructure to maximize the potential of every individual and the leadership pipeline.    

  • Performance review cycle’s: Manage our performance review and feedback cycles to drive organizational performance excellence.
  • Performance Optimization: Partner with managers on performance management to keep our standards and ensure they have the tools to manage their teams effectively.
  • Career Development: Build our career development framework and implement career tracks and personal development plans. 
  • Succession Planning:  Drive talent strategies, including talent assessment, succession planning, and identifying future skill set needs.

3. Culture & Organizational Development 

Focus: Designing the processes and infrastructure of the company to support the company scale up. 

  • Change Management: Drive change management programs and provide support to the team leaders' group in delivering effective organizational transformations.
  • Culture Stewardship: Embedding TRG’s core values into our day-to-day practices and decision-making frameworks to make our culture tangible, measurable, and aligned with our business goals
  • Scalability: Design and implement scalable HR solutions that support rapid business growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement initiatives (engagement, compensation, benefits, recognition) that support a global mindset and high retention.
  • Learning & Development: Partner with our employee experience to identify skills gaps, support the team performance and personal growth 
  • Employee Experience: Partner with employee experience to support the employee Journey from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Data Driven Decision: Analyze workforce metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations
