About you
We are seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our administration team in Limassol. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Office Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll work on:
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office maintenance and operations.
- Resolve office matters that might occur with problems or damages etc.
- Monitor and purchase office supplies and any other office needs.
- Manage daily food orders for employees and guests.
- Coordinate with cleaning personnel for routine needs and supplies.
- Purchases and negotiations with suppliers.
- Assist company’s global travel arrangements.
- Assist with employee benefits.
- Support the corporate team in ongoing ad hoc projects.
What we look for:
- Previous Office Management and/or PA experience is a plus.
- Pleasant, customer-oriented, and team working spirit.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Can multitask and prioritize workload.
- Proactive mindset with the capability to take initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel is a plus.
- Fluent in the English language.
